Executive Chef

Patrick Giles is a San Diego native who over the last three decades has earned himself a reputation as an excellent small businessman, father, surfer, connoisseur of the arts and the environment.

Patrick began training as a sushi chef over 27 years ago at HANA Sushi in Oceanside and quickly caught fire, working under many well-respected sushi masters in the San Diego area. In 2008, Patrick opened up his sushi catering business “Fresh Sushi Catering” now known as “Sushi Florist” sushi catering San Diego, and with guidance from Sushi Master Sensei Kiyo Matsumoto, his business has exploded creating edible art for the palates of celebrities, business professionals, sports figures and musical artists throughout California.
